Construction:
- Materials: Constructed from very heavy 1.8mm thick sheet steel.
- Double skinned construction: in walls, roof, floor and doors – All 60mm thick.
- Insulation: HotWall insulation with a continuous rating of 1430°C throughout all walls, roof, floor, doors, and shelves.
- Safety Features: Twin flame arrestors with smoke filters, fitted in the fans cavity to mitigate exhausting of toxic smoke emitted from a pre-exploding Li-ion Battery.
- Locking Mechanism: Equipped with 1 x 304 Stainless Steel locking rod per door.
- Adjustable Feet: Includes 4 x 304 Stainless Steel adjustable feet already pre-fitted for levelling.
- Standards: Construction Components exceed industry standards including AS1940-2017, BS EN 14770.-1-2023, OSHA, NFPA, BS EN 14460:2018, AS/NZ 4506-1998, and ISO IICL. International CE Certificate.
Additional Features:
- Power Sockets: 5 sets of double 240V power sockets for charging 2 batteries per compartment.
- Exhaust Fans: Includes 5 exhaust fans with individual IP 65 switches, one for each compartment to keep batteries cool.
- Power Plug: Features a 10amp power plug and cable housed in a discreet compartment for easy access. Simply plugs into your wall socket .
- Wiring Standards: All wiring and components comply with AS3000-2018 – SS 538-2008 – BS 7671-2019
Finish and Packaging:
- Powder Coating: Coated with JAGBE double-bake system with high zinc concentrated epoxy polyester undercoat and UV-protected light grey top coat for longevity.
- Safety: Fitted with danger and warning labels, along with an operations and maintenance label inside the door
- Packaging: Comes encased in 2 layers of protective packaging within a heavy-duty ply crate with an integrated pallet featuring forklift pockets.
- Cabinet weighs 275 Kg
