Terms and Conditions
Your Credit Card details will not be stored in our database and will be deleted upon receipt of authorisation from our bank that payment has been received.
Any personal details supplied through our website will not be disclosed to any third parties
Delivery will be via a third party transport company. Your Product will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after payment is received from our Auckland warehouse.
If for any reason your product is not in our stock at the time of order and payment, you will be contacted within 1-3 working days for a full refund to be generated, or to negotiate a new dispatch date.
Once you have ordered, paid for and received your product then you own it, you can not apply for a refund if: You have simply bought the wrong product or opened any of the packaging.
Any over payment or payment made in error will kept in credit for you to use within six months of receipt of such payment. If the credit remains unused for a period of 6 months after its receipt , then it will be forfeited.
Cancellation of your order will allow you to apply for a full refund to the Credit card used to purchase the product or your bank account used to pay for the product by internet banking , only prior to dispatch. After the product has been dispatched, cancellation refund will not be paid.
On proof of transport damage , we will exchange your damaged product for the same new product at the expense of Jagbe Industrial Supplies Ltd. There will be no exchange of products should the transport consignment note be signed as being received in good condition or words to that effect.
