The Corrosive Class 8 Cabinet from The Safety Cabinet Warehouse is built to the highest quality standards, exceeding AS/NZS3780 requirements. The robust, fully seam-welded construction double skinned 1.2mm thick steel walls with a 40mm thermal air cavity.
The TSCW powder coat system provides protection and rust resistance, ensuring the cabinet is easily cleaned. Â Adjustable galvanised steel shelves with polypropylene bunds help to prevent cross-contamination from spills, while the sequentially closing double doors offer a tight non binding fit with minimal gaps around the door frame – minimising potential fumes from escaping.
The robust two speed internal door closers offer a soft closing solution.

Under AS/NZS3780-2008 it is a requirement to ensure that containers, winchesters or drums are sealed, whilst they are inside the cabinet. Â This prevents fumes from attacking the galvanised steel shelves and prevents harmful fumes from escaping when the door is opened.
